I have over 7 years of experience in this role and currently working with SNTTA as  Customer Service Agent , and during my tenure in Dubai , I was responsible for the customer support, administration, and organization of a wide variety of tasks for the Senior Team. Attending calls and redirecting to the required, dealing with email enquiries, Arranging both internal and external events. I have taken charge of Arranging  Hotel bookings and issuing vouchers online and Offline Hotel Suppliers. , Prepare Daily sales report through accounting Network system, as well as providing the detail information regarding the flight, Reservation and ticketing using online airline systems.
