▪ Prepare project’s budget, and managing all project expenses to insure the peak profitability of the project.
▪ Prepare and update project time schedule and monitoring all the project activities to make sure of that all activities will be executed in the planned time and assigning delay causes to be solved in appropriate time.
▪ Determine the required materials quantities for the project precisely according to the approved shop drawings to avoid any unacceptable deficiency in the materials which leads to project delay.
▪ Contact with the suppliers and inspect site’s arrived materials to make sure of that all materials as per ordered in terms of quality and quantity.
▪ Follow up installation materials status during the project to assign the proper time to be delivered to the site to avoid any delay in works progressing.
▪ Leading and directing LG installation teams and subcontractors’ teams prepare daily tasks for labours and follow up technical site activities to make sure all technical details are executed as per designed and required.
▪ Coordinate and communicate with other project’s engineers to make sure that works are going as planned and solve any site's problems that may arise during the project progressing.
▪ Prepare project documentations, submissions, inspections and shop and as build drawings for consultant approval.

▪ Supervising Installation and commissioning and maintenance of Generator Set (including all electrical wiring and ATS units) suitable for Zain Telecommunication Networks sites
