Role of job:-
-Support the recruitment processes , this includes drafting job descriptions,seeking applicants through internal /external sources , screening, filtering, assist in interviewing.
-Assist in setting and evaluating the annual strategies of HR Department.
-Assist in setting and managing annual HR budget.
-Manage payrolls, salary administration and final submission of payment slips to finance.
- Follow-up HR activities/Employee relation(Attendance system, advance salary requisition,short/long term loans, registration of employees to Social insurance & any related payments on monthly basis).
- Drafting employment contracts for selected candidates (Annual contracts & trainees) and maintain an oversight on contract periods and contact with line manager for extension.
- maintain support on policies and procedures.
-Manage the monthly budget of HR Department (petty cash).
-Manage and follow up administrative tasks (Staff Medical Insurance, Communication facilities , follow up the external relationship with subcontractors relating to employee services and help in assessing the service feasibility to terminate or extensions.
Role of job:-
-Responsible for assigning temporary workers for the production lines.
-Provide healthy & productive environment and assure the safety and security procedures are set as needed.
-Overseeing, managing and administering the staff records and profiles.
- Manage and maintain the Payroll system.
- Follow-up daily Attendance record.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Provide support on policies and procedures.
