the job description as following:
(a) switch receiving andfeeding oil (b) blending and stop Blending (c) dipping (d) sampling, (e) drain water
(2)Dealing with pumps:-
(a) General check (lubrication oil , noise,
Temperatures , pressure,vibration, cooling, sealing ,warming, leakage, and motor situation )of hot andcold pumps.
(b) Switch pumps to handover it to Maintenance and then returning to service in a safe system of work
(c) Centrifugal pumps andpositive displacement pumps and screw pumps operations.
(3)Dealing withCompressors:-
(a) Start up and shut down.
(b) General check(lubrication oil system, sealing
system, and all operationconditions)
(c) Check all auxiliaryequipments.
(d) Check steam turbine(operation conditions).
(4) Furnaces:-
(a) Start up and shut down.
(b) General check (fuel gas,draft system, other
operation condition, andauxiliary equipment
(4)Chemical handling:
(a)chemicalloading (b) monitoring chemicalconsumption
(5)Normal routine inspection to the plant.
(6)Dealing with emergency cases.
(7)Coke towers operation andprocess:
All coke tower operations(switch towers, cooling,
decoking and warming)
(8) Electric desalter anddehydration operation and process:
(a)back washing (b)check interfaces level(c)check electrical transformer situation.
(9) fractionator operationand process:
Normal operation andstartup, shutdown, emergency cases
(10) De-sulfurization orsweetening system operations andprocess:
(a) sweeting system ofliquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
(b)sweeting system of drygas (fuel gas)
(11)sweeting chemicalregeneration system:
(a) regeneration of causticsoda (NaOH)
